The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1. Ongoing Maintenance Of Street Lighting With Sodium/Led And Led Luminaires With An External Warranty In The Amount Of 3322 Lighting Points - Lighting Luminaires (Including 102 Pieces Of Fittings Mounted Directly In The Ground Used For Backlighting Of Facilities) Along With The Booms, Pillars, Columns And Cable Networks And Lighting Wardrobes In The Amount Of 89 Pieces 24 -Hour Emergency Of Street Lighting On Business Days And Free From Work, Hereinafter Referred To As Conservation Service. 2. Removing The Effects Of Devastation, Theft, Collision, Operation Of Force Majeure On A Street Lighting Network In The City Of Siemianowice Śląskie, Hereinafter Referred To As Repair Service. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Addition No. 3 To Swz.4. For The Subject Of The Contract, The Selected Contractor Will Grant The Contracting Authority A Guarantee And Warranty For A Period In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, But Not Less Than 60 Months From The Day Of The Day After The Day Of The Protocol Receipt Without Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Order Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Award Of The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E.
