1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Modernization Of The Sports Field At The Special Educational Center No. 2 In Otwock. 2. The Investment Includes The Modernization Of The Sports Field In The Following Range:- Preparatory Robots,- Earthworks (Making Concrete Curbs With Adaptation Of Their Height To The Height Of The New Sports Surface),- Construction Of A Foundation From Aggregate,- Execution Of Sports Surface With Lines,- Assembly Of New Sports Equipment (Installation Of Football Goals And A Volleyball Set),- Performance Of A New Fence) Above 2.20 Cm High,- Ordering And Cleaning The Area. 3. The Material Scope Of The Contract Includes Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In The Construction And Performance Project. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And Qualitative Requirements Are Determined By The Design Documentation, Which Includes: 1) Construction And Performance Project Of The Task: Renovation Of The Pitch At The Special School And Educational Center No. 2 In Otwock 2) Premier Works-Renovation Of The Pitch At The Special School And Education Center No. 2 In Otwock. New: Attracted Activity Of The Filem Of The Additional Fills Additional Material From Additional Material Orders. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out All Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Building Art And Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Project Documentation, Contract And Arrangements Made During The Contract. 6. The Contractor Will Buy And Provide For Construction All Elements, Devices And Materials Necessary To Perform Works, As Well As Intended For Works Provided For In The Project Documentation. 7. Elements Of Equipment (Devices) And Materials Must Be Products Of Due Quality, Factory New, Complete, Unused, Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects.
