Tenders Are Invited For Acquisition Of Educational Furniture

The Acquisition Focuses On The Furniture Of The Office Of Helsinki Business College Oy (Subscriber). The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Description Of The Acquisition. The Acquisition Is Divided Into The Following Areas: Section 1: Product Group 1 (Student Chairs) Part 2: Product Group 2, (Student Tables) Part 3: Product Groups 3-11 (Armed Chair, 3 Planted Sofa Table, 8Th Table, 5 Armchair And 3 Sofa Sofa). Parts Offers Are Allowed. Thus, The Tenderer May Decide Which Area Or Sub-Areas Can Submit Their Tenders (See Appendix 2, Price Form). The Tenderer May Be Approved In One Or More Areas. Sub-Bids In The Sub-Areas Are Not Allowed, But Every Furniture In The Sub-Area Should Be Provided. Parallel And Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed. The Agreement Will Take Effect When Both Parties Have Signed It. The Agreement Shall Be In Force Until The Parties Have Fully Fulfilled All Their Contractual Obligations. The Subscriber Does Not Have A Minimum Or Amount Of Purchase To The Furniture Subject To The Contract. This Agreement Does Not Give The Supplier Exclusive Right To Supply The Furniture To The Subscriber.
