The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Including The Sale And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services For The Indoor Mosir Swimming Pool In Strzelce Opolskie In The B23 Tariff, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), Together With Contractual Provisions. Order Period, Is Approx. 742,500 Kwh. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Covered By This Procedure Is Determined By A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 1 To Swz) And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 4 To Swz) Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz. The Actual Demand For Electricity Will Depend Only On The Real Needs Of The Employer. A Possible Change In The Amount Of Electricity Purchased Will Not Result In The Contracting Authority With Additional Costs.
