A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Form Of The Required Technical Conditions, Constituting: Annex 2.1 To Swz - Form Of The Required Technical Conditions - Package No. 1; 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Required Technical Conditions In The Form He Submitted (Annex No. 2.1 To Swz) - A Tractor Brand And Tractor Model, As Well As Fill Out All Items In The Contractor Declaration Column. Forms Of The Required Technical Conditions Are The Content Of The Strico Sense Offer. 4. In The Scope Of Package No. 1 - The Tractor Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Applicable Regulations For Vehicles Moving On Public Roads As A Free -Speed Vehicle, Including Technical Conditions Arising From The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022 Item 988) And Regulations Of This Act. 5. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Unused, Not Exposed Or Exhibitions, Free From Physical Defects, As Well As From Any Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties.
