The Subject Of The Contract In The Basic Scope Is The Contractor To Provide Expert Services To The Employer In The Scope Of Settlement Of The Heritage Skarbiec Project. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Basic Scope, The Contractor Is Obliged To Settle The Heritage Skarbiec Project, Taking Into Account The Sources Of Financing, I.E. The Contract For The Co -Financing Of The Project And The Purpose Of Targeted Subsidy, Covering All The Stages Of The Project In Accordance With Its Assumptions, Taking Into Account Subsequent Changes To The Contract On The Co -Financing Of The Project, A Purpose Of Purposeful Subsidy Or Other Changes Affecting The Update Of The Original Assumptions Of The Project, In Particular: 1) Supporting The Employer In The Scope Of Verification Of Financial Documents In Terms Of Compliance With The Project, A Project Co -Financing Agreement, Subsidies And Eligibility Of Expenses, In Particular Through Consulting For The Project Team And Accounting Department Or Chief Accountant Of The Contracting Authority At The Stage Of Final Settlement And Transfer Of Documents To Ict Systems, Especially Cst2021 And Lsi2021.2) Reporting Regarding The Implementation Of Obligations Related To The Settlement Of The Project Resulting From The Project Co -Financing Agreement, Without Taking Responsibility For Their Implementation, 3) Supporting The Ordering Party In The Development Of Projects And Analyzing Documents, Such As Payment Schedules, Forecasts Of Eligible And Non -Eligible Expenditure, Resulting From The Project Co -Financing Agreement, In The Procedure And Dates Specified In The Project Fund The Scope Of Support Includes Advice And Preparation Of Documents Proposals, And The Final Decisions And Their Approval Belong To The Employer, 4) Servicing The Ict Systems Necessary In The Project Settlement Process, Including Cst2021 And Lsi2021, In Particular Including The Preparation Of Draft Letters, Applications And Other Documents Related To The Settlement Of The Project That Will Be Submitted To The Contracting Party, And If Necessary - To Signature, With The Proviso That The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Submitting Project Documentation Through The Indicated Ict Platforms And For Archiving In Accordance With The Requirements Of Systems, 5) Preparing Draft Letters In Matters Regarding The Settlement Of The Project With The Relevant Institutions, Including Preparing Written Explanations At The Stage Of Assessing Payment Applications, With The Scope Of Support Includes Consultancy And Preparation Of Proposals For Documents, And Decisions And Their Approval Belong To The Employer, 6) Supporting The Employer In Dealing With The Relevant Institutions In The Field Of Preparation, Preparation And Transfer Of Documentation Related To The Settlement Of The Project, 7) Supporting The Contracting Authority In The Preparation Of Settlements Of Funds In The Project, Including The Development Of Draft Payment Applic
