Tenders Are Invited For Repair And Maintenance Of Electrical Devices For Lighting Streets In The Operation Of The City Of Szczecinek

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Repair And Maintenance Service Of Electrical Devices Of Street Lighting In The Operation Of The City Of Szczecinek, In Accordance With Applicable Provisions And Technical Knowledge Principles, In The Scope Of: 1.1 Of All Work Related To Removing Electrical Installations Failure, With Removal Of Damage To Lighting Cables, Replacement Of Damaged Lips And Depleted Light Sources, Replacement Of Damaged Cables, Columns And Cabinets, Columns And Cabinets. Lighting, Washing Of Shades As Well As Repairing And Maintaining In Good Technical Condition Of The Lighting Property; 1.2 Acceptance Of Failures And Defects Applications; 1.3 Liquidation Of Threats Arising From Random Damage To Lighting Devices, I.E. Road Collision, Storm, Vandalism, Theft, Etc. Earter; 1.5 Inspection Of Street Lighting Devices (Lighting Points), Inspection Of Cabinets And Lighting Boards; 1.6 Washing 2 Times A Year Of Park Lighting Fittings In The City Park. 2. Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical Devices Will Be Provided On Lighting Networks Located On Municipal, Poviat, Voivodship And National Roads. 3. The List Of Lighting Property, Which Is In The Operation Of The City Of Szczecinek, Includes Annex 1 To The Specification. 4. The Scope Of Services Is Specified In Annex 1 To The Specification. 5. The Materials And Devices Necessary To Carry Out The Work Are Provided By The Contractor, Excluding The Luminaires From Dismantling Or Transferred By The Ordering Party, Which The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractors (Item No. 4 In Annex 1, The Scope Of Services). 6. Materials Used And From Dismantling Will Derive Outside The Work Area And Will Follow Them In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 7. The Subject Of The Contract Performed By The Contractor And Dedicated To The Ordering Party Will Be Completely Consistent With The Contract And Will Meet The Needs For Which It Is Provided. 8. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing All Activities In The Field Of Repair Services And Maintenance Of Lighting Electrical Devices, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974- Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). 9. The Contracting Authority Reserves, As Part Of The General Number Of All Planned Services, The Possibility Of Moving Between Individual Types Of Services. 10. The Scope Of Services Commissioned By The Contractor Will Be A Minimum Of 70 % Of The Entire Scope Of Services Specified In Annex 1 The Scope Of Services To The Specification. 11 The Order Of The Above Services In The Quantity Not Reaching For The Entire Subject Of The Contract Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Request Additional Or Other Orders, As Well As Claims For Paying In Full Remuneration For The Subject Of Th
