General Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Factory New, Complete, Derived From Current Production, In The First Species, With Technical Parameters Required By The Contracting Authority, Undamaged, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Equipment Must Be Deprived Of The Rights And Burden Of Third Parties As Well As Correspond To Applicable Standards And Have The Necessary Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Law, Which Will Be Forwarded To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Delivery. 2) The Provided Subject Of The Contract Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. 3) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver, Together With The Subject Of The Contract, User Manuals In Polish And Warranty Cards. 4) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Transport, Insurance For Transport, Unloading, Bringing, Assembly, Setting In The Rooms Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 5) Delivery Costs, Transport, Unloading, Bringing, Assembly And Equipment Settings The Contractor. 6) The Contracting Authority Will Indicate The Contractor With The Exact Address To Which Delivery Is To Be Made. 7) The Color Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Selected By The Contracting Authority.
