The Subject Of The Contract Covers The Following Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Activities (Scope And Chronology In Accordance With The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Of 27 March 2003 And Executive Ordinances) From The Announcement Of Adopting A Resolution On The Preparation Of A General Plan To Draw Up A Draft General Plan Together With Justification And A Forecast Of Environmental Impact, If Required And Obtaining A Positive Opinion Of The Municipal Commission Architectural And Urbanistic; 2) Stage 2-Activities (Scope And Chronology In Accordance With The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Of March 27, 2003 And Executive Ordinances) From Applying For Opinions And Agreements About The Draft General Plan To Introduce Changes To The Draft General Plan Resulting From The Obtained Opinions And Arrangements Made; 3) Stage 3 Spatial Development Of March 27, 2003 And Executive Ordinances) From The Announcement Of The Beginning Of Public Consultations To Present The Municipality Council Of The General Plan Project Together With A Report On Public Consultations, 4) Stage 4 - Activities (Scope And Chronology In Accordance With The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Of 27 March 2003 And Executive Ordinances) Orders In The Official Journal Of The Masovian Voivodeship5.
