The Fill Must Be Inert Material, Free Of Contamination And Have A Minimum 5 Day Soaked California Bearing Ratio (Cbr) Value Of 3%. Maximum Rock Size 150Mm.Suppliers Must Advise The Source Of The Fill. It Must Not Be Sourced From A Declared Fire Ant Area Unless Treated And Cleared.Fill Must Not Be Contaminated In Any Way Including For Acid Sulphates.Geotechnical Certification And/Or Any Other Information To Determine The Quality And Suitability Of Fill To The Satisfaction Of Edq’S Project Engineers Must Be Provided If Requested.Suppliers Must Have All Necessary Permits And Approvals For The Source Of The Fill Material And For Haulage To Edq’S Site.Delivery To Site And Date(S) For Delivery Will Be As Directed And Approved By The Project Engineer.Payment Will Be Made After Delivery And Placement. Invoices Are Subject To Certification By Edq’S Project Engineer. Suppliers Will Be Required To Provide Documented Verification Of The Quantity Of Fill Delivered To The Satisfaction Of Edq’S Project Engineer. Evidence Of Delivery And Quantity Delivered (E.G. Delivery Dockets) Is Required.
