The Subject Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Photovoltaic Power Plants (Hereinafter Referred To As “Pve”) On Buildings In The Village Of Breaks Incl. Battery Storage On A Turnkey Basis, Including Training Responsible Employees Of The Contracting Authority And Including Related Engineering Activities. The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In Four Pds, Specifically It Is: A) Pve Firefighters Shores: Photovoltaic Source Installed On The Roof Of The Existing Fire Building Armory At Veverkova 101, 535 01 Shores With An Installed Capacity Min. 25.48 Kwp With Accumulation Of Excess Electricity Into Accumulators With A Total Capacity Of Min. 23.2 Kwh Usable Capacity. B) Pve Sokolovna Shores: Photovoltaic Source Installed On The Roof Of The Existing Building Sokol Houses At Křiště 250, 535 01 Shores With An Installed Capacity Min. 16.64 Kwp With Accumulation Of Excess Electricity Into Accumulators With A Total Capacity Of Min. 17.4 Kwh Usable Capacity. C) Pve Social House Shores: Photovoltaic Source Installed On The Roof Of The Existing Object At The Defenders Of Míru 11, 535 01 Shores With An Installed Capacity Min. 18.2 Kwp With Accumulation Of Excess Electricity Into Accumulators With A Total Capacity Of Min. 17.3 Kwh Usable Capacity. D) Pve Elementary Schools: Photovoltaic Source Installed On The Roof Of The Existing Primary School Building At The Address Of The Defenders Of Peace 40, 535 01 Shores With An Installed Capacity Min. 15.08 Kwp With Accumulation Excess Electricity Into Batteries With A Total Capacity Of Min. 17.4 Kwh Usable Capacity. It Is Not A Contract Divided Into Parts, Only The Total Bid Price Is The Sum Of Prices Per Four Objects Where The Total Bid Price Is Given In Annex 1 Zd. The Pvps Will Be Used For Electricity Production And The Project Will Be Carried Out Through The Installation Of Pvvs To Achieve Energy Savings At The Supply Points And, Inter Alia, To Prepare For Community Energy. The Construction Of Pvps Will Be Formed By The Installation Of Fv Panels On The Roofs Of The Contracting Authoritys Objects. Fv Panels Will Be Installed Using A Design System Standardized For Roof Installation Listed In Project Documentation. The Construction Will Be Spread And Established To Withstand The Weather Conditions Of The Location. The Delivery Will Include Complete Technology, Assembly Of Structures, Pv Panels And Storage For Electricity Accumulation. Furthermore, The Complete Necessary Electrical Installation And The Modification Of Existing Switchboards At The Point Of Connection Point. The Contract Also Includes The Processing Of The Actual Status Documentation. Designed Pve Incl. The Accumulation Will Meet The Requirements Of The Specified Tender Documentation And In Their Attachments By Their Scope And Operating Properties. The Default Basis For The Processing Of The Offer Is The Annex Zd No. 3. The Obligation Of The Selected Supplier As Part Of The Performance Of The Contract Is Also Related Engineering, In Particular To Ensure The Connection Of The Completed Work To The Electric Network With The Relevant Distributor, Which Is Čez Distribution, A.S. (Hereinafter Referred To As The Distribution System Or Pds Operator), Ie Allow Permanent Connection (Utp) Based On The Issued Final Operator Of The Distribution System), To Process All Necessary Permits, Consent Or Licenses With The Energy Regulatory Office (Or Its Expansion) Or Other Public Authority, Including The Preparation Of All Necessary Documents. Proper Use Of The Work. For This Purpose, The Contracting Authority Shall Provide All Necessary Cooperation To The Supplier. A Closer Technical And Technological Description Of Individual Components Of This Order Is Included In Project Documentation (Annex 3 Zd), Technical Specifications (Annex 7 Zd) Tables (Annex 7 Zd) And Others For The Participants Of Essential Information They Are Obliged To Follow In The Connection Contracts (Annex No. 4 Zd). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Work According To The Tender Conditions, Including The Technical Specification. All Requirements For The Contractor Resulting From The Technical Specifications Are Binding For The Contractor And Must Be Included In The Participants Offer. The Contractor Thus Ensures Complete, Functional And Perfect Implementation Of All Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Supply Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment Necessary For Proper Completion Of The Work And Performing Engineering Activities, Fulfilling All Conditions For Connecting The Pvp To The Distribution Network.
