Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - New Lak Nursing Home St. Fridolin Ruggell - Bkp 791.1 Cost Planning. The Liechtenstein Old Age And Hospitals (Lak) Is An Independent Foundation Under Public Law And, With Around 550 Employees, Is One Of The Most Important Employers In Liechtenstein. Their Modern And Functional Infrastructure Fulfills The Needs Of Both The Residents And Employees. To Adapt To The Demographic Development, The Existing Network Of Seven Locations In Liechtenstein Is To Be Expanded To Expand Another Building In Ruggell (Left). The New Building Will Include 60 Beds For Inpatient Long-Term Care And The Corresponding Infra Structure. Commissioning Is Planned For The First Half Of 2029. The Scope Of Services For Cost Planning Is Based On The Sia Standard 102/2014.
