Tenders are invited for Media Coverage Services and Document Design for Enabel in Burundi. The award of this contract is coordinated by the Contracting Service Center. For as long as the procedure is ongoing, all contact between the contracting authority and bidders regarding this contract will be conducted exclusively through this service, and bidders are prohibited from contacting the contracting authority in any other way regarding this contract, unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions. Until April 14, 2025, prospective bidders may ask questions regarding the Terms and Conditions and the contract. A complete overview of the questions will be sent to all candidates on April 15, 2025. Until notification of the award decision, no information will be provided on the progress of the procedure. The bidder is expected to submit their bid having read and taken into account any corrections to the tender specifications sent to them by email. The bidder is required to immediately report any gaps, errors, or omissions in the procurement documents that make it impossible to establish their price or compare bids, at the latest 10 days before the deadline for receipt of bids.
