The Selected Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Contractor Within The Meaning Of The Legislation. Metsähallitus Reserves The Right To Implement Only A Part Of The Acquisition Or The Amount Obtained By Target May Differ From The Estimate If The Bids Exceed The Appropriation For The Acquisition. The Value Of The Acquisition Does Not Exceed The National Threshold, So The Procurement Does Not Apply To Public Procurement.
