1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Work Of Modernizing A Gas Boiler Room Together With The Installation Of Central Heating Of The Workshop And Administrative Building Mks Dębica Sp. Z O.O. Located At Ul. Sandomierska 3 In Dębica. 2. Modernization Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Techic And Executive Project Constituting Annex 9 To Swz, Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex 10 To Swz And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge Based On The Local Vision Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Scope Of Works And Technical Parameters Of The Materials, Contains A Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.4. Detailed Parameters Of Heating Boilers Intended For Heating Utility Water And Supplying The Central Heating Installation Are Set Out In Annex 11 To Swz.5. The List Of Construction And Finishing Works In The Boiler Room, Together With The Application Of Estimated Quantities, Constitutes Annex 12 To Swz. 6. The Bill Of Quantities In Electronic Version (Files In The * Pdf Format) Is Available For Download On The Proceedings Website.7. The Amounts Of Works Indicated By The Employer Provided In The Pre -City Of Works Constitute Estimated Amounts Of Works, They Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Tool For The Valuation Of Works, So They Cannot Be The Only Basis For Determining The Flat -Rate Price. The Value Of The Task Presented In The Offer Form By The Contractor Should Be Valued Based On The Scope Of Work Included In The Pre -City And Own Healing During A Local Vision. 8. The Contractor Will Perform Key Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Own Forces. 9. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Own Materials. 10. The Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Approved For Use In Construction, I.E.
