The Scope Of Work Includes, In Particular: 1) The Implementation Of The Project Documentation Of All Required Industries, Along With The Necessary Accompanying Studies, Investor Cost Estimate, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Obtaining All Decisions Required By Law, In Particular: Obtaining A Building Permit Or Submitting The Intention To Carry Out Construction Works (According To The Conditions Resulting From The Construction Law), Opinions And Checks Project For The Planned Undertaking, Including The Implementation Of All The Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investments And The Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of Construction Of Cable Lines Of Street Lighting Based On The Project Documentation, In The Towns: A) Janów Ul. Lema - Design And Execution Of 4 Solar Lamps Without Wind Turbines, B) Żółtówce - Kolonia (Ul. Jagodowa) - Design And Construction Of A Cable Lighting Line Throughout Jagodowa Street. The Electronic Version Of The Project Documentation Should Be Developed In An Editable And Non -Edited Version Using The Following Electronic Formats:  Drawings - Editing Version (In Dxf Or Dwg. Undertable (In Pdf Format) .2) Performing Full Geodetic Service Of The Investment; 3) Performing Preparatory Works, 4) Execution Of A Cable Line Supplying The Designed Street Lighting, 5) Delivery Together With The Assembly Of 3 Columns For Solar Lamps And 11 Lighting Columns For The Designed Cable Lighting Line With Fuse Plates And Luminaires (4 Solar Fittings And 11 Leds) On Prefabricated Foundations; 6) Performing Complete Construction Works, Cleaning Works And Remediation Of The Area After The Works Carried Out, 7) Transfer Of The Object For Use, 8) Performing Authors Supervision In All Industries; 9) Preparing Complete As -Built Documentation, Including As -Built Geodetic Inventory.
