The Subject Of The Contract Is To Prepare Complete Project Documentation Together With The Transfer To The Employer Obtained, Required By Applicable Law, The Final Decision On The Building Permit, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervisors During The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of External Partitions Of The Building B3 Located At 10 In Krakow Street By Changing The Appearance Of The Facade Consisting In The Enlargement Of Window Openings. The Task In Question Consists Of The Development Of Documentation, I.E. A Construction Design, A Contractual Design And A Technical Design, Which Contain Descriptions, Throws, Facade Drawings, A List Of Windows, Specifications Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Developing An Investors Cost Estimate. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To The Specification. 3. Description Of The Works Covered By The Said Order: A) Making Complete Design And Cost Documentation Together With The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works; B) Transfer To The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of Previously Prepared Documentation, Required By The Applicable Law Of The Final Decision On The Building Permit; C) Developing The Exquisitions Of Works And Investor Costs With The Term Cpv Codes Orders); D) Cooperation With The Ordering Party In His Public Procurement Procedure Pursuant To The Act Of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320) Aimed At Selecting The Contractor For The Implementation Potential Contractors During The Proceedings; E) Exercising Authors Supervisors During The Implementation Of The Work In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws From 2024 Item 725, As Amended)
