The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works After Prior Development Of Project And Cost Documentation For-Retrofitting To The Task Of Elbląg Construction Of A Workshop Building. As Part Of The Order, It Should Be Made: Design And Cost Documentation Together With Obtaining Relevant Administrative And Reinforcements Allowing For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With The Adopted Construction Documentation. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Attachments No. 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 And 10 To Swz.2. Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Area Closed At Ul. Łęczycka In Elbląg. 3. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The Works Performed And Installed Devices For The Period: Minimum 36 - Maximum 60 Months. 4. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Supplied Equipment And Equipment For The Period: Minimum 24 - Maximum 36 Months. Warranty Period: 60 Months - According To Art. 568 § 1 Of The Civil Code 6. The Contractor Will Conduct Free Maintenance And Inspections Of: Technological Equipment From The Date Of Transfer Of The Object For 12 Months.
