The Basic Objective Of The Subject Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Services Of Application Support And Development Of The Open Data Portal (Hereinafter Referred To As “Opendatamf”), Which Is Operated Within The Infrastructure At The Financial Directorate Of The Slovak Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Fr Sr”), A Budgetary Organization Under The Founding Competence Of The Ministry Of Finance. The Ministry Of Finance Of The Slovak Republic Is The Administrator Of The Information System And On Behalf Of The State Exercises Ownership Rights To The Information System Of The Ministry Of Finance Of The Slovak Republic Has A Source Code For The Application.
