A Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Include: • Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex 9 To Swz; • The Bill Of Quantity, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz; • Contract Template, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.4. Equivalent Solutions. 1) If The Ordering Party In The Order Documents Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Have Maintained The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters, Etc.
