1.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Then The Expansion Of Recreation And Tourist Infrastructure Located In The Port Of Wasłów, Aimed At Developing Sustainable Tourism Of The Łódź Voivodeship Supporting The Use Of The Endogenous Potential Of This Region. Expansion Of Recreation And Tourist Infrastructure Over The Jeziorsko Reservoir In The Commune Pęczniew.Etap 1 Consists In Preparing Project Documentation For The Expansion Of The Recreational Complex On Plots Of Registration No. 1/1, 1/4, 182/2, 197/1, 197/2, 1/3 In Wylazłów, Pęczniew Commune, Stage 2 Consists In Performing All Necessary Works Aimed At The Expansion Of The Abovementioned The Complex On The Basis Of Prepared Documentation, Which Is Primarily Reduced To: ➢ Conducting The Necessary Formal And Legal Procedures And Obtaining Required Consents, Permits, Resolutions Or Administrative Decisions; ➢ Purchase Of Necessary Materials And The Implementation Of Deliveries; ➢ Implementation Of Necessary Construction And Installation Works; ➢ Launching Built-Up Equipment And Completed Installations; Training For Service. The Order Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Status, Norms, The Principles Of The Best Technical Knowledge And With The Principle Of Due Diligence. The Subject Of The Contract Should Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations In The Field Of Construction Safety, Fire Safety, Health And Safety Regulations, Health And Environmental Protection And Safety Of Use. Built Devices / Installations / Facilities Should Have A Durable And Reliable Construction. The Devices Must Be Unused And Brand New, Come From Serial Production, Taking Into Account The Configuration Options Provided By The Manufacturer For The Offered Equipment Model And Come From The Official Distribution Channel For The Polish Market. They Should Be Checked In Operational Practice. The Contractors Tasks Include The Performance Of Tests And Obligatory Checks In The Light Of The Applicable Law And The Protection Of Property Within The Construction Site. During The Contract, The Contractors Obligations Include The Investment With Its Own Efforts And At Your Own Expense And In Accordance With The Construction Law, And In Particular: ➢ The Application Of Only Materials Of The Appropriate Quality Allowed For Trading And Application In Accordance With The Construction Law And Coordination Performed At The Facility; ➢ Ensuring The Supply Of Materials And Equipment; ➢ Performing All Required Standards, Technical Conditions For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works Contained In This Program And Relevant Provisions: Measurements, Tests, Trials And Startups; ➢ Participation In All Acceptance; ➢ Payment Of Damages For Damage Caused By The Contractor During Construction Works There Were These Robots; ➢ Repair Or Covering The Costs Of Repair Damaged By The Contractor Of Roads, Pavements, Fences, Bridges, Drainage Facilities And Other Devices An
