The Purchase Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Under The Name Increasing The Effectiveness Of Conducting Long -Term Rescue Operations - Stage Ii. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Annex 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Minimum Technical And Utility Requirements For The Mobile Fire Trainer Lpg And Acetylene - 20 Pieces. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, The Template Of Which Is Annex 3 To Swz. The Supplied Trainers Must Be Brand New, Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2024, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Third Parties Claims. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In Places Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Means Of Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Pzp Act Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Using Standards As Equivalent Solutions, Such Solutions Are Considered To Be Met With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At The Level Not Worse Than Described In The Relevant Standards.
