The Services Provided For The Preliminary Treatment Of Mixed Municipal Waste Generated On The Territory Of Beloslav Municipality, By Mechanical And Biological Treatment In The Installation Provided By The Participant, Include The Following Activities: Intake Of Waste, Preliminary Sorting, Separation Of Recyclable Waste, Which Will Be Transmitted For Subsequently. The Annual Amount Of Mixed Municipal Waste, Which Is Generated By The Vital, Commercial, Production And Other Activities, By The Residents And Residents Of The Municipality, Amounts To About 3 750 (Three Thousand Seven Hundred And Fifty) Tons/Years, With The Amount Of Mixed Domestic Waste, And The Amount Of Packaging Waste (Paper, Card, Plastic) When Providing The Services Subject To The Contract, The Participants Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Waste Management Act, The Environmental Protection Act And The Regulations.
