The Contracting Authority Is Not Committed To A Complete Absorption Of The Specified Maximum Value For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract. In View Of The Foregoing, The Real Value That Will Be Spent Under The Contract May Be Different From The Specified And Will Be Determined According To The Actually Consumed By The Contracting Authority Within The Term Of The Contract. All Activities Related To The Performance Of The Contract Are Carried Out In Compliance With The Legislation In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria.
