The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is Exercise Construction Supervision In The Execution Of The Site: Technological Equipment Of The Pspv With Akh Filters And Square Water Supply, And A Square Water Supply, Sub -Projects: - Lamella Precipitator, Chlorine And Chlorine Water Pipeline Is Present. - Projecting And Construction Of The Site And Is A Consulting Service Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Spatial Planning / Zut / And Related By -Laws, As Well As Fulfilling The Obligations Of A Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004. For The Minimum Requirements For Healthy And Safe Working Conditions When Performing Construction And Installation Works, Namely: Carrying Out Construction Supervision, In Accordance With Art. 168 Of The Spa; The Quality Control Of The Construction Materials And Products Supplied And Invested In The Construction; Exercise The Quantitative And Quality Of The Completed Construction Works; Monitoring And Documenting All The Circumstances Related To The Construction. In Order To Fulfill Its Obligations, The Contractor Must Submit To The Contracting Authority The Interim Reports On Progress; Reporting Your Activity Through Intermediate And Final Reports; Fulfillment Of The Obligations Of A Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Installation Works. Scope Of The Activities Within The Public Procurement: 1) Exercise Independent Construction Supervision, According To Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act During The Execution Of The Site; 2) Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Site, In Accordance With Art. 4 Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006. For The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works; 3) Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act For The Implementation Of The Site; 4) Performance Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator; 5) Reporting Of Its Activity Through Intermediate And Final Reports; 6) Provision Of Technical Assistance And Assistance To The Contracting Authority. Construction Supervision Will Assist In The Timely Organization And Carrying Out The Necessary Actions To The Respective Competent Authorities And Operating Companies Related To Obtaining The Necessary Permits And Coordinations For Its Commissioning.
