Technical Analysis Or Consultancy Services-Service Framework Agreement-Multi-Attributes Diagnostics Before Rental And Work On The Heritage Gere By Grandlyon Habitat. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Carry Out Regulatory Diagnostics To Be Carried Out Before Rental Or Works In The Premises And/Or Common Areas Of The Grandlyon Habitat Residences. This Contract Constitutes: -A Multi-Attribute Framework Agreement Governed By Articles L2125-1; R2162-2 Paragraph 2; R2162-4 To R2162-6; R2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. -This Framework Fixes The Contractual Stipulations In A Firm Manner And Will Be Executed As The Requirements Are Required By Order Form On The Terms Defined In This Framework Agreement. It Is Broken Down Into Two Parts (See Article 2.2 Of The Rc): -A Sex -In -Law By Lemission Of Purchase Orders According To The Terms Fixed By Laccord -Cadre. -A Part Gives Rise To The Award Of Subsequent Markets After Bringing The Holders Into Competition.
