The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Delegation Of The Management Of The Public Lighting Service In The Municipality Of Vaslui (Sipmvs), By A Management Delegation Contract And Includes All The Actions And Activities Of Public Utility And Economic Interest Carried Out At The Level Of The Administrative-Territorial Unit Under The Leadership, Coordination And Responsibility Of Vaslui. The Public Lighting Service Whose Maintenance, Revisions And Repairs Are Delegated, Includes: - Street -River Lighting; - Street-Pietonal Lighting; - Architectural Lighting; - Ornamental/Pedestrian Lighting From Areas With Pedestrian Parks And Alleys. The Public Lighting Service Is Carried Out Through A Technological And Functional Ensemble, Made Up Of Constructions, Specific Installations And Equipment, Hereinafter Referred To As Public Lighting System Being Made Up Of Ignition Points, Distribution Boxes, Crossing Boxes, Low Underground Or Aerial Voltage, Foundations, Pillars, Pillars, Tires Insulating, Clamps, Reinforcements, Command Equipment, Automation And Measurement Used For Public Lighting. The Deadline For Which The Contracting Authority Will Clearly And Completely Respond To All The Clarification Requests/Additional Information Will Be 12 Days Before The Deadline Set For Submission Of Offers. Number Of Days Up To Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Tenders/Candidates: 20 Days.
