1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Purchase And Delivery Of Firefighters For The Tso In Wysokie Mazowieckie. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1A To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Delivery, Transport, Unloading, Bringing The Equipment To The Rooms Indicated By The Employer And Training In Equipment Operation. 4. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Complete, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Fully Functional, Not Covered By The Rights Of Third Parties And Also Corresponding To Applicable Standards And Having The Necessary Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Law (Including Cnbp Or Equivalent Certificate). These Documents Will Be Provided To The Employer Before Signing The Acceptance Report. 5. The Contractor Will Warn The Ordering Party Of The Delivery Date For At Least 2 Business Days Before Its Planned Start. 6. The Seller Provides A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order: Min. 24 Months. The Warranty Includes All Defects, Disadvantages And Damage Detected During The Use Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract. (The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluation Of Offers.) 7. The Order Is Carried Out In Cooperation With The European Funds Program For Podlasie For 2021 - 2027, Measure 2.7 Adaptation To Climate Change, Project: Reconstruction Of The Watchtower And Retrofitting Of The Tso In Wysokie Mazowieckie. In The Case Of No Funding, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Annul The Tender Pursuant To Art. 310 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.
