A. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For A Newly Built Public Nursery Entitled Łysomisie In Łysomice. Delivery Address: Ul. Żytnia 13, 87-148 Łysomice, Łysomice Commune, Toruń Poviat, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Order Was Divided Into Three Parts: Part 11. The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For Children Intended For Children (Including: Room For Children No. 1, Warehouse Room For Room 1, Bathroom For Room 1, Room For Children No. 2, Warehouse Room For Room No. 2, Bathroom For Room No. 2, Pram No. 1/Garage For Prams, Cloakroom No. 2, Cloakroom No. 2). 2. Part 1 Is Implemented As An Investment Task As Part Of Budget Expenditure Entitled Purchase Of A Nursery Equipment. 3. The Contractor Will Process The Order In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And In Accordance With The Attachments To Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Fulfill The Contract, In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Requirements Of The Employer Contained In The Contract Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With: Due Diligence, Security, Good Quality, Proper Organization And Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Only Brand New Products, Free From Defects, Packed, Secured And Corresponding To Qualitative Standards Specified In The Relevant Legal Acts. 6. By Providing Equipment, The Contractor Must Provide It With A Warranty And Instructions In Polish And All Devices Must Be Delivered With Accessories Enabling Them To Connect And Work Without Making Additional Purchases. 7. As Part Of The Task, The Supplier Will Be Obliged To Download All Necessary Dimensions For The Implementation Of Individual Elements Of The Order, Delivery, Unloading, Bringing, Unpacking, Deploying And Assembly, Configuration And Launching Of Individual Elements Of Equipment. The Contractor On His Own Will Provide All Materials / Devices / Additional Equipment Necessary To Properly Download Dimensions, Production, Delivery, Assembly, Start And Configuration Of Equipment Elements. In The Event That The Contractor Or Entity Providing The Contractor For The Courier Or Delivery Service Or Another Of A Similar Nature Ordered To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party, He Will Not Perform Unloading And/Or Submission On His Own, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To: Refuse To Accept The Delivery Of The Contractor, Then Charged Him With Contractual Penalties And Withdraw From The Contract With The Contractor. 9. If The Entity Providing A Courier Or Service Service For The Contractor Or Another Of A Similar Nature Ordered To Provide The Indicated Equipment To The Employer For Unloading And/Or Submission, He Will Request Payment From The Ordering Party For These Activities, Then The Contracting Authority Has The Right To: Refuse To Accept The
