Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 215, As Amended), Which The Contractor Will Confirm The Declaration Of Conformity; C) Warranty Card And Conditions Of The Contractors Guarantee No Worse Than The Contract Specified In The Planned Provisions (Annex 6 To Swz); D) Information About The Required Periods Or Mileage At Which The Machine Inspections Are Required Along With Information Containing The Parameters And Names Of The Manufacturer Of The Necessary Consumables (Oils, Lubricants, Filters, Etc.); E) Full Documentation Necessary To Register The Charger At The Technical Inspection Office. 2) Year Of Production: The Machine Must Be Brand New, Which Is Not A Prototype, With A Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2024.3) Warranty: The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Telescope Charger Offered For At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt, Confirmed By The Protocol. An Additional Warranty Period, I.E. 24 Months Or 36 Months, Is One Of The Offers For Assessing Offers. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out At Least 3 Charger Websites At Its Own Expense: • 100 Mtg Of Equipment, • 500 Mtg Of Equipment, • 1000 Mtg Of Equipment (Or 30 Days Before The End Of The Warranty Period) .A). By Letter Sent To The Contractors Address. The Contractors Response Time To The Contracting Authority Is 48 Hours From The Moment The Contracting Authority Is Submitted By E-Mail.
