Construction Work - Development Of The Køge Egnens Wastewater Treatment Plant. Køge Køge Køge A/S (Hereafter “Builder”) Stands In Front Of An Extension Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant In Køge, As The Wastewater Treatment Plant Must Be Able To Handle The Removal Of Micro Pollution (The Project). In Dialogue With The Municipality Of Køge, The Builder Has Decided To Fulfill Existing Legislative Requirements For The Removal Of Micro -Pollution, As The Developer Will First And Foremost Remove Micro Pollution From The Entire Wastewater Volume That Is Led To The Køge Areas Wastewater Treatment Plants And Not Only From The Wastewater From The Expanded Zealand University Hospital As A Point Source As A Point Source. The Project Has Been Appointed By The Danish Environmental Protection Agency As A Lighthouse Project Under Mudp (Environmental Technology Development And Demonstration Program), And Receives Grants To Develop The New Cleaning Solution. It Is The Builders Assessment That The Realization Of The Projects Objectives Can Only Be Done Using A Combination Of Oxyblye Bio3 Tm And Carbablue Uptm. The Builder Has Therefore, Without A Tender, Entered Into A Separate Contract For The Projects Technology Package With A Consortium Consisting Of Suez Water A/S And Envidan A/S (Hereafter The Consortium). The Consortium Is Responsible For The Total Technology Package Containing Process Design, Design, Delivery, Assembly And Running For The Projects Machine And Electricity/Sro Part. The Consortium Also Prepares An Indicative Building Design, Which Must Be Adapted To The Technology Pack. The Building Contract Must Therefore Be Carried Out In Close Cooperation With The Consortium. This Tender Includes The Projects Civil Works Contract (Execution Of The Building Contract). The Building Contract Is Offered In A Main Contract And Includes The Following Services: - Establishment, Operation And Removal Of Construction Site, Skurby And More. - Execution Of Building According To The Project Material For Facilitating The Purified Cleaning Techniques - Execution Of Base Plates Incl. Foundation And Recesses/Casting Parts For 2 Pcs. Silos For Granulated Active Coal (Gac), 1 Tank For Liquidated Oxyl (Lox) And A Smaller Engineering House - Execution Of Wiring Work For New Piping At The Treatment Plant - Execution Of Smaller Redevelopment Work On The Existing Wastewater Treatment Plant - Execution Of Landscape Works And Access Roads. In Addition, The Contract Contains Options/Stipulated Services Within Soil, Road (Crushed Asphalt, Concrete And Brick, Paving, Bottom Fuse And Gravel), Drains In Soil And Winter Measures). In The Notice Of Tendering, The Developer Has Stated The Duration Of The Contract For 60 Months. The Builder Notes That This Period Only Reflects The Expected Execution Period (Some Of Which Coincide With The Execution Period Of The Consortium). Both The Duration And The Time Of The Execution Period May Change. The Contract Ceases When Each Party Has Fulfilled The Obligations Which Are Incumbent On This Pursuant To The Contract.
