Electrical Machinery, Apparatus, Equipment And Consumables; Lighting- Patola (Ptb) Air Water Heat Pump And Electric Boiler Plant, Automation System Including Design. The Acquisition Is The Automation And Control System Of Helen Oy (Subscriber) Patola Ptb Plant. The Automation System Includes Operating Automation With Its Centers, Control Room System, Connections And Signaling In The Remote Operating System, Remote Operating System And Centralized Reporting System. The Procurement Must Include A Technically And Economically Appropriate Entity Within The Procurement Limits And All The Equipment, Licenses, Design, Documentation And Work Required By It Are Included. A New Remote Heating Plant Will Be Built In Patola, Helsinki, Including An Air Water Heat Pump, Two Electric Boiler Units And A Possible Future Option For A District Heating Battery. The District Heating Power Of The New Plant Is Approximately 130Mw. The Air Water Heat Pump (30Mw) Has Automation Centers Provided By The Air Water Heat Pump Manufacturer. The Air Water Heat Pump Control Center Has Siemens S7-410-5H Automation, Integrated With Heat Pump Process Automation And Safety Automation. Each Electric Boiler (50Mw) Has Its Own Automation Centers Provided By The Power Boiler Manufacturer. The Electric Boiler Control Center Has Siemens S7-1500 Programmable Logic With Integrated Power Boiler Process Automation And Safety Automation. The Aircraft Heat Pump And Electric Boiler Suppliers Are Responsible For Internal Operation And Programming In Their Equipment. The Heating Plant Will Have Its Own Duplicated Plant Automation (Dcs), Which Controls The Equipment Outside The Air Heat Pump And Electric Boilers And Integrates The Systems Of Equipment Suppliers Into A Functional Entity. The Plant Automation Is Connected To The Air Water Heat Pump, Power Boilers And Separate Devices Through The Profinet Bus Interface. Other Possible Smaller Equipment Packages May Be Associated With, For Example, Modbus Rtu. Plant Automation Consists Of Centralized Cpu/Io Units, Located In The Plants Automation. Concentrated Io Units Are Joined By Frame Cables Through Cross-Connection. The Plants Process Control Is Mainly From Helens Remote Control Control. The Heating Center Has A Local Supervisor That Can Operate Process -Related Devices If Necessary. The Task Of The Automation System Is To Assemble And Forward It To The Long -Distance Control Room And The Local Supervisor, And To Transmit Control Information From Control Rooms To Separate Logic And The Process To Be Controlled. The Remote Connection Is Implemented According To The Iec60870-5-104 Protocol. In Addition, The Automation System Is Linked To The Central Reporting Environment Through Opc Communication And The Helen Optimization System. In Addition, The System Will Include A Connection To The Local Station Remote Use Application, The Centralized Emerson Condition Monitoring System, And The Property Automation And Fire Alarm System Via A Handshake Case. Dcs Is Connected To A Certified Power Supply. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Proper Functioning And Safety Of The Process In Terms Of Delivery. The Whole Is Considered To Be Belonging
