Tenders are invited for Upgrading of Public Toilet, Construction of Fixed Awning and Widening of Footpath at Toa Payoh Central Estate A tender deposit of S$2,000.00 in the form of crossed cheque payable to Blshan-Toa Payoh Town Council shall be submitted together with the tender submission. The tender deposit will be refunded free of interest to all unsuccessful bona fide tenderers after the award of the contract. A non-refundable document fee of S$109.00 per set (inclusive of GST) shall be made payable to Blshan-Toa Payoh Town Council by crossed cheque. Tender documents can be obtained from 8ishan- Toa Payoh Town Council (Toa Payoh Office, from Mondays to Fridays. 8.30a.m. to 5.00p.m.) Tenderers will be presented with a QR Code to download the tender document upon payment.
