Tenders are invited for Prevention and Protection against Sexual Harassment, Exploitation and Abuse PSHEA Trainer Service required A trainer (Individual or Company) to provide the training services, for PSHEA Policy in specific to all SOS Palestine employees in West Bank and Gaza, delivering educational expertise and engaging as a trainer in preparing, facilitating, implementing, and evaluating the activities carried out during the training. Scope of work Under the supervision and in close cooperation with SOS Childrens Villages Palestine, the trainer will implement the following tasks: Development of the methodology and training, based on the PSHEA SOS Policy document: 1. Interactive, engaging teaching matters ex. Discussions, case study, activities; 2. Based on the PSHEA Policy for SOS, drafting the methodology and activity outlines, and submission to SOS for approval; 3. Finalizing the methodology and activity schedule; Conducting the training: 1. Selection of the training dates in coordination with SOS Palestine; 2. Based on the adopted methodology and activity schedule, facilitate the discussions and presentations; 3. Conduct a case study for simulating the assembly session. Deliverables The trainer is expected to deliver educational expertise and engage as a facilitator in preparing, facilitating, implementing, and evaluating the activities carried out during the training. The following deliverables are expected: Facilitating the sessions during the training; Delivering training to all SOS Palestine Employees (face-to-face and Online), Conducting a case study related to the assembly session. Providing technical advice and support to participants during the activities; Duration of service The trainer/facilitator is expected to be engaged in a total of three (3) days of training (one day of training per location). All the activities will be organized within a time frame between April and May 2025 Service Provider Qualification At least a BA in Social Science, Law, or other relevant field; Previous proven experience in facilitating training, workshops with young people Extensive knowledge of the law on Local Public Administration in Palestine; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Proven and demonstrated broad knowledge and ability to identify findings on policy-making level The communication skills in English language is an asset.
