Boiler Upgrade - Barriere Secondary School . The Intent Of This Bid Call Is To Obtain An Offer To Perform Work To Complete The Replacement Of The Heating System At Barriere Secondary School, For A Stipulated Price Contract. The Work For This Project Shall Include, But Not Limited To: • Replacement Of The Heating System Including: O Replacement Of The Boiler, O Replacement Of The Pumps And Piping. • Bonding – Bonding Is Required • Additional Instructions And Items – ▪ The Project Shall Be Substantially Complete By August 31, 2025. After Hours Work Is Permitted If Necessary To Get The Project Complete By The Required End Date A Mandatory Site Visit For Mechanical Contractors, Shall Be Conducted On Tuesday, April 8Th, 2025 @ 10:00 Am. Contractors Will Be Limited To 2 Staff Per Company.A Sign In Sheet Will Be Available Until 10:15Am Pst On The Day Of The Site Visit.
