Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Roads And Other Equipment - Tendering Framework Agreement On Operation And Maintenance Of Road, Drainage And Green Areas At Sund & Belts Facility. The Contracting Entity Wants To Offer A Framework Agreement On The Operation And Maintenance Of Road, Drainage And Green Areas At Sund & Belts Facility. Sund & Bælt Holding A/S Is The Rope Holder For The Tendering Procedure And Will Implement The Tender On Behalf Of The Other Companies. The Workers To Be Carried Out Under The Framework Agreement Include: Of Road Operations, Drainage, Cleaning, First And Winter Service With Associated Guard Scheme At Sund & Belts Facility As Described In Appendix 6. In Addition, The Framework Agreement Also Includes Emergency Maintenance, Which Means Suddenly Arising From Events That Are Not Already Planned By The Developer/Supplier And Therefore Requires Urgent Action. The Framework Agreement Also Includes Assistance Related To Reinvesting And Minor Additional Tasks. The Workers Under The Framework Agreement Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 2. By • The Great Belt Connection East And West Bridge, Railway, Motorway And Land Anlæg On Halsskov, Sprogø And Knudshoved. • The Øresund Connections Land Facility, The Øresund Motorway, The Øresund Railway And Stations On The Øresund Railway. • Ferry Ports Odden, Ebeltoft, Spodsbjerg And Tårs. • Fehmarn Landslæg A/S Also Ringsted-Femern Railway. The Plants And Associated Maintenance Agreements Are Adapted And Adjusted On An Ongoing Basis In Both Scope And Maintenance Methods, As Well As Continuous Reinvesting In New And More Contemporary Plants, Which Means That These Can Be Covered During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. Likewise, New Plants And Areas May Be Covered By The Framework Agreement In Connection With The Contracting Of The Contracting Authority. There Will Be No Business Transfer Under The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Thus Contains Neither Provisions On The Acquisition Of Employees In Accordance With Statutory Order No. 710 Of 20 August 2002 (Business Transfer Act) Nor The Transfer Of Employees At The End Of The Framework Agreement.
