The Waste Covered By This Order Should Be Transported And Then Developed In The Installations Indicated By The Contractor Which: A) Have Valid Decisions For Conducting Waste Recovery Listed In Annex 1 To The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste Code 19 12 12; B) Have Decisions/Permits/Entries Required By Law/Entries To Relevant Registers Allowing The Transport Of Waste With Code 19 12 12; C) They Have An Active Account In The Bdo Electronic System, Enabling The Performance Of The Necessary Activities Related To The Waste Records (Confirmation Of Kpo). 4. The Contractor Shall Transfer To The Ordering Party, By 08.01.2026 At The Latest And Within 10 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Last Batch Of Waste, In Writing And By E -Mail: A) Information Confirming The Type Of Recovery Process Of The Adopted Waste In Accordance With Annex No. 1 Of The Waste Act Of 14 December 2012; B) The Number Of Products Or Waste From Them Produced With An Indication Of The Final Installation To Which They Went (Name, Bdo No. With The Mpd Number) Together With The Final Process Of Which They Were Subjected To. 5. At Each Call Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Within 7 Days Of The Call - A Collective Statement Of Data, Containing The Amounts Of Collected And Processed Waste With Information On What Processes They Were Subjected To - In Accordance With Annex 3 To Contract 6. The Subject Of The Contract Is Waste With The Code Ex19 12 12 - Ballast After Sorting Waste With A Code 20 03 01, Fraction Above 60 Mm. 7. Waste Will Be Prepared By The Employer For Collection In The Form Of Loose, The Embankment Density Of The Fraction In Question Below 200 Kg/M3.
