The Contracting Authority In The Subject Public Procurement Shall Comply With The Provisions Of The Green Public Procurement Regulation (Official Gazette Rs, Nos. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21 And 132/23), In The Part Relating To: • Electrical Lamps And Lamps And Lighting In The Interior, Which Is Included In The Census Of Equipment And In The Contractual Provisions. The Contracting Authority Performs The Procurement Procedure On The Basis Of The Applicable Law And By -Laws Governing Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation Governing The Field Of Public Finances And The Field Subject To The Contract.
