The Contracting Authority Assumes That The Tender For The Selection Of The Contractor Will Be Terminated In Mid -2025; However, This Is A Non -Binding Assumption/Estimate Of The Contracting Authority. More Information Is Given In Annex 6 The Tender Documentation - Project Documentation Of The Work. The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is To Carry Out All Activities Of The Building Manager So That The Construction Is Carried Out Well, Properly And In Time For The Supplied Work To Be Fully Functional, Operational And Fully Eligible For Use According To The Contracting Authority And For The Specified Purpose, In Accordance With All The Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As “Pd”). The Selected Supplier With Whom The Contract On The Provision Of Services (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract) Will Be Provided To The Contracting Authority As Manager In Accordance With The Contractual Terms And Conditions Of The Contract On The Provision Of Services Between The Customer And Consultant, The So -Called Fidic White Book Issued In The Czech Translation By The Czech Association (Cace). The Tender Conditions Of The Public Contract For The Selection Of The Contractor And The Contract With The Contractor Of The Construction (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Treaty For Work”). The Subject Of The Performance Includes In Particular The Following Activities According To The Stages Below: A) Stage Of The Performance Of The Construction Administrator, B) Stage Of The Performance Of The Engineering Preceding The Final Building Approval And C) The Stage Of Consulting And Control Services During The Duration Of The Warranty Period Of The Work.
