Refuse And Waste Related Services - Public Tender Reg. Treatment And Sales Of Wood Waste. The Offering Of This Agreement Includes The Processing And Marketing Of Wood Waste That The Contracting Entity Receives On The Contracting Entity Five (5) Recycling Sites. The Contractors Collected Wood Waste Must At Least Be Treated By The Tenderer As Waste Intended For Recycling Or Better In Accordance With Section 12 Of The Waste Ordinance And The Environmental Protection Act. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Transport Of The Fraction To The Receiving Plant Specified By The Supplier. The Contracting Entity Will Supply The Waste Via Own Container Transport. The Waste Fraction Will Consist Of Pure Wood, Which Is Referred To As A2 Wood. Volume Is Guiding Solely And Is Based On Historical Figures, Which Is Why They Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of A Guaranteed Future Turnover Size. The Contracting Entity Has No Control Over What Is Filed At The Recycling Sites, Which Is Why The Stated Quantities Will Therefore Be Subject To Some Uncertainty. The Total Monthly Delivery Of Wooden Waste From The Contracting Entity Has Historically Varied Over The Year And Has Been Between 100 - 450 Tonnes Monthly. The Contracting Entity Does Not Make Sorting Or Cleaning The Sub -Fraction (S) Collected Prior To Being Transferred To The Supplier. The Supplier Must Accept That Up To 5% Error Sorting May Occur Per Day. Read.
