The Object Of The Contract Subject To The Purchase Is The Provision Of The Services For The Elaboration Of The Documentation: Elaboration Plan For The Arrangement Of The County Territory Bistrița-Năsăud. According To Art. 8 Of The Order Of M.D.R.A.P. No. 233/2016, The Plan For The Arrangement Of The County Territory (P.A.T.J.) Is Structured On The Parts As Follows: A) Part 1: • Analysis Of The Existing Situation; • Identification Of The Elements That Condition The Development, With The Highlighting Of Problems, Dysfunctionalities And Tendencies; • Identification Of Areas With Natural Or Cultural Potential; B) Part 2: Prospective And General Diagnosis; C) Part 3: The Territorial Development Strategy Of The County; D) Part 4: The Action Plan For The Implementation Of The Provisions Of The Plan-Territorial Public Policies, Programs And Projects. P.A.T.J. It Will Include A Geospatial Database Made In Gis Format, On Thematic Layers, In The Stereographic Projection System 1970, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Provided In Annex No. 6 Of The Order Of M.D.R.A.P. No. 233/2016; P.A.T.J. It Consists Of Written And Drawn Pieces: - The Written Pieces Are Presented In The Form Of Memories, Which Can Be Grouped Into Four, For Grouping The Problem And To Facilitate The Pursuit And Understanding Of The Elements Presented. The Memories Are Prepared On Chapters, Subchapters And Paragraphs, Arranged In A Logical Succession, With An Explicit, Concise And Suggestive Treatment. Memories Can Be Used Cartograms, Graphics And Schemes, Which Illustrate The Analyzed Developments And Trends And Their Territorial Distribution. - The Drawn Parts Are Floors - Maps And Plans, Schemes, Cartograms, Graphs. The Drawn Parts Are Represented On The Basis Of The Maps/Plans In The Stereo 1970 National Reference System, In Analog Or Digital Format In Gis Format, Which Will Ensure The Necessary Cartographic Accuracy For The Stairs Used, The Opinion Of The Bistrița-Năsăud Real Estate Advertising Office Is Necessary. P.A.T.J. Bistrița-Năsăud Will Necessarily Include At Least 10 Boards, Which Are Drawn Up In Accordance With The Target Fields, And For Each Target Domain Or Their Essential Component Will Be Elaborated: The First By Illustrating The Problems And Dysfunctions Resulting From The Analyzes, The Second Presenting Proposals For Development/Organization.
