The Subject Of The Contract Is The Technical Organization 4 (Four) Foreign Away Missions (Mission) With The Participation Of Representatives Selected By The Polish Agency For Enterprise Development (Parp) Of Startup Companies And Parp Employees (Participants) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Startups Are Us (Project) Project. The Startups Are Us Project Is Implemented By Parp Under Measure 2.29 Of The European Funds Program For The Modern Economy 2021-2027 (Feng). Description Of The Project Can Be Found In The Document Of A Detailed Description Of The Priorities Of The European Funds Program For The Modern Economy. The Subject Of The Contract Will Include The Following Missions: 1) June 2025 - Travel Mission Of Entrepreneurs From The Edtech Industry To The Usa; 2) October 2025 - Travel Mission Of Entrepreneurs From The Greentech Industry To France; 3) November 2025 - Travel Mission Of Entrepreneurs From The Edtech Industry To Singapore; 4) January 2026 - Travel Mission Of Entrepreneurs From The Edtech Industry To Great Britain. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Above Orders The Contractor Will Carry Out The Following Actions: 1) Booking, Purchase And Delivery Of Flight Tickets To/From The Place Of Mission For Its Participants. 2) Booking And Purchase Of Hotel Accommodation In Places Of Mission For Its Participants. 3) Providing A Transport Service At The Mission. 4) Ensuring Health Insurance, Civil Liability And Insurance Against The Consequences Of Accidents In The Country Of Mission Organization For Its Participants. 5) Organization Of Lunch And Welcome Dinners For Mission Participants As Part Of Each Trip At The Mission. 6) Ensuring The Participation Of Mission Participants In Visits, Workshops And Business Meetings At The Site Of The Mission Organization. 7) Ensuring Admission Tickets To Trade Fair Or Conference Events Taking Place At The Site Of The Mission Organization - If Provided For In The Mission Program. 8) Providing A Technical Guardian Who Will Be Responsible For Coordinating All Services Ordered As Part Of The Order (Transport, Arrangements On Catering Services, Accommodation, Ticket Check -Up, Participation In Visits, Workshops And Meetings, Coordination Of The Work Of The Driver And Other Aspects Related To Logistics On The Spot) And Will Accompany Participants During The Mission From The Moment Of The Mission From The Moment Of Return From Poland Until The Return Groups To Poland. 2.
