The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor With Professional Qualification And Practical Experience In The Exercise Of Consulting Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Namely: Evaluation Of The Conformity Of Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For Construction, Exercise Of Construction Supervision To Guarantee The Lawful Implementation Of Construction Works And Authorizing The Use Of The Sites From The Scope Of The Public Procurement, Including The Implementation Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator. In The Execution Of The Contract, The Following Activities Should Be Carried Out: Activity 1 - Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Technical And/Or Working Project With The Basic Requirements For The Construction Works. Activity 2 - Implementation Of The Functions Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of The Spatial Planning Act, Of Construction And Repair Works, In Accordance With The Accepted And Approved Technical And/Or Working Project. The Complete Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. At The Time Of The Opening Of The Public Procurement, No Financing Was Provided, Which Is Why The Public Procurement Is Awarded In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Act, Namely: When No Financing Is Provided After The Expiry Of A Three -Month Period After The Conclusion Of The Contract, Each Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice. When No Funding Is Provided After The Expiry Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contract Is Considered Terminated In Accordance With Art. 114 Of Ppa. Note: The Execution Of The Contract Begins After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority For The Funding Provided And Submission By The Contractor Of The Specified Guarantee For Implementation. In Case Of Non -Submission Of The Performance Guarantee Within The Period Specified By The Contracting Authority And The Conditions Of The Contracting Authority, Without Objective Reasons, The Contracting Authority Shall Terminate The Contract. Financing Source: The Funds Will Be Provided By The Budget Of Elhovo Municipality For 2025. Deadline For The Performance Of The Services Until The Expiration Of The Contract Or Until The Financial Resource Under The Contract Is Exhausted, Which From The Two Events Occurred Earlier, But Not Later Than 31.12.2027.
