Tenders are invited for Procurement of 400 KVA Generator for DIP HQ Eligibility of Tenderer: " Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh " Brief Description of Goods or Works: "1.400 KVA Generator with installation service, required accessories (OEM made Canopy, OEM ATS, OEM made Silencer, MCCB of 630A for outgoing line to ATS, Cable lux and all other accessories with related works. 2.Dismounting of the Brick wall to get the Generator inside the generator room and rebuilding the walls with painting. 3.Uninstallation , Preventive maintenance (Need to Change Fuel Filter, Air Filter, Engine oil Filter, Radiator Servicing, Engine Oil, Battery Water) and Shifting of old Generator (250 KVA, Brand: Kohler, USA, Engine: John Deere) from Generator Room, Ground Floor, HQ, DIP to DRC, Jesshore as well as installation of old Generator at DRC, Jessore with necessary accessories to make sure the generator usable. 4.Completion of necessary civil and other related works at both side (DRC and HQ)." Set-up of Last-Mile connectivity at each location through underground/ overhead fiber-optic network for establishing WAN connectivity from Dhaka to Other district as mentioned in the Activity schedule.. b.
