A Pre -City Of Works, Schemes Of Forest Road Renovation And Stwir (Annex 11 To Swz) .2.2 Possible Own Names, Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Sources Or Special Processes Provided In The Descriptions, Which Are Characterized By Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference Systems, Etc. Systems, Devices And Equipment Contained In Swz And Project Documentation, Were Used To Specify Technological, Performance Or Functional Qualitative Expectations Of The Employer. The Employer Declares That It Allows The Submission Of Offers In Which Individual Devices Or Materials Listed In The Design Documentation And A Pre -Emptive Of Works May Be Replaced By Devices Or Equivalent Materials. The Concept Of Equivalent Materials And Devices Should Be Understood As Materials Guaranteeing The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Project And Ensuring Obtaining Technical Parameters No Worse Than Those Founded In The Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of Performance And Acceptance, And A Preface Of Works.
