1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Update Of Project Documentation Together With Obtaining Relevant Opinions/Arrangements And A Change In The Decision To Permission For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) And Obtaining A Certificate Of Its Last Resort As Well As The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Expansion Of Ul. Chrzanowskiego On The Section From Ul. W. Pola To Ul. Filomats In Wrocław (In The Scope Of The Wrocław Commune And In The Field Of Mpwik), Among Others, In: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Section Ul. Chrzanowski, Reconstruction Of Street Lighting, Reconstruction And Construction Of Dehydration (Including Rainwater Sewage System Together With The Construction Of Retention Reservoirs), Reconstruction Of Sanitary And Water Supply Sewage Systems With Connections, Reconstruction Of The Sn And Nn Power Network, Reconstruction Of Teletechnical Networks, Gas Network Reconstruction, Reconstruction Of The Gas Network, Reconstruction Of Fences And Entrances To Allotment Gardens, Development Of Green Areas. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged, Among Others To Obtain A Permit To Use Or Complete The Procedure Of Notifying The Competent Authority About The Completion Of Works Confirmed By A Certificate Of Lack Of Objection Or No Grounds For Objection, To Perform Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works (As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration) And The Care Of Greenery. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In Part Iii Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract.
