The Contractor Will Receive Independently From The Place Indicated By The Employer, I.E. Ul. Śnieżna 5 In Łódź. 3.3. The Containers Are Provided By The Service Contractor. 3.4. The Contractor Bears Full Legal Liability For The Waste Taken Over And For All Waste Management, In Accordance With The Law In Force In This Respect. 3.5. Waste Transport Will Take Place At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor, Vehicles Adapted To Transport A Given Type Of Waste. Loading Of Waste Is Burdened With The Contractor. 3.6. Waste Loading Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor. The Contractor Must Have Weight To Measure The Mass Of Peeled Waste. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Participate And Supervise The Weighing Of The Collected Waste. 3.7. Each Collection And Weight Of Waste And The Type Of Waste (Waste Code) Must Be Confirmed By The Contractor And The Employer Employee In The Waste Transfer Card (Kpo) To The Product And Packaging Database System As Well As Waste Management (Bdo) .3.8.
