Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Access To Electronically Read Textbooks In Subjects From General Education For Gratuitous Use By Students From Viii To Xii Class Of Sofia Vocational High School Of Tourism For The 2025 - 2026 Year

The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Access To Electronically Read Textbooks In Subjects From General Education For Gratuitous Use By Students From Viii To Xii Grades Of Sofia Vocational High School Of Tourism For The School 2025 - 2026 In Separate Positions The Order Should Be Executed In Accordance With All The Rules And Regulations In Force At The Moment Regarding The Implementation Of The Awarded Activities. Textbooks And Training Kits Must Be In Line With The Lists And Textbooks Approved By The Ministry Of Education And Sciences, Which Will Be Used During The School Year. They Should Meet The Requirements Set Out In Ordinance No. 10 Of 2017 On The Cognitive Books, Textbooks And Teaching Aids, As Well As In Decree No. 79 Of 13.04.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Provision Of Cognitive Books, Textbooks And Training Kits. The Delivered Textbooks And Training Kits Should Be New, Without Traces Of Use And Duly Completed. According To Art. 164 Of The Law On Public Health Insurance Acts And The Teaching Aids, Which Are Provided For Gratuitous Use Of The Students, Are Selected By The Teachers Who Teach In The Subject. In Accordance With These Legal Requirements, The Selection Of Textbooks And Teaching Aids For The 2025/2026 Teaching Aids Was Made, With The Textbooks Selected To Be Delivered To The School Students. The Only Possible Contractors For The Supplies Of The Selected Textbooks And Teaching Aids Are Possessing Copyrights On Them. According To Art. 182, Al. 1, In Connection With Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter C Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Conducts A Direct Negotiation Procedure When The Contract Can Only Be Executed By A Certain Contractor Due To The Existence Of Copyright Or Other Intellectual Property Rights. The Contracting Authority Will Apply The Provision Of Art. 65, Para. 1 Of The Pppop And In View Of The Fact That In The Present Case There Is A Provided In The Same Hypothesis, It Will Not Apply Art. 64, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of Pppop - I Will Not Prepare And Send Invitations To Participate, And After The Publication Of The Invitation In The Rop, Will Conclude A Contract With The Persons Holding Copyright ​​​​​​​
