Quotation are invited for DOH UMOC Virtual Reality Technology Requirement. BIDDING OPENS ON: 28 March 2025 DUE ON: 7 April 2025 The RFQ scope of the work shall include the following in detail. Objective: To produce high-quality 6K 360º VR videos that provide an immersive experience for viewers on UMOC Building walkthrough and high-level demonstration on systems , data and dashboard Deliverables: Spherical 360º Video Capture Ambisonics Audio Recording Stitching and Color Grading Editing and Mixing Final Content Production 2. Content Creation Objective: To develop engaging content that showcases the DOH UMOC building and its features through VR. Deliverables: Script Writing Voice Over Recording Walkthrough Screens and Dashboards 3. VR Hardware Supply Objective: To provide the necessary VR hardware for immersive experience. Deliverables: Oculus Rift Headsets Touch Controls Motion Sensors Custom-made Fascia Branding 4. VR Software Development Objective: To develop user-friendly VR applications for kiosks and mobile devices. Deliverables: VR Kiosk App Customized Mobile App Kiosk Mode for Easy Access (Free to Watch, No Assistance Required) 5. Exhibition Stand Setup Objective: To design and set up an exhibition stand that effectively showcases the VR experience. Deliverables: Exhibition Stand (3x3m) Counter Touch Screen TV Platform 6. Bubble Chair Objective: To provide comfortable and immersive seating experience for VR users. Deliverables: Acrylic Free-standing Chair 360º Free Rotation Custom-branded Pillows 7. Exhibition Logistics Objective: To handle all logistical aspects of the exhibition setup and removal. Deliverables: Exhibition Stand Installation Transportation of Equipment Removal of Exhibition Stand Post-Event Project Timeline Delivery: The project will be delivered within 2 weeks. Support: The vendor will provide on-site support during the event and facilitate all requirements. Vendor Responsibilities Ensure all deliverables meet the specified quality standards. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the event. Coordinate with the event organizers for smooth setup and removal. The Vendor complies with DOH ITD Policies & Processes. The vendor will comply with all data security protocols, and all content produced will be the sole property of the organization. DOH Responsibilities Provide necessary access and permissions for the exhibition setup. Coordinate with the vendor for any specific requirements or changes. Ensure timely feedback and approvals to meet the project timeline.
