As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop A Technical Project Of Reconstruction And Securing The King Shaft Pit At Level Iv Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Project . 2) Arrangement Of The Technical Design With The Customers Services And With The Conservator Of The Monuments Of Krakow Salt Mushrooms (Hereinafter Referred To As Kzkżs), And Then Obtaining The Approval Of The Agreed Technical Design By The Mining Department Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), 3) Obtaining A Kzkżs Permit To Perform Works Covered By A Technical Project - Kzkż Is In Accordance With The Agreement Of 21 June 2017 On Entrusting Some Matters In The Field Of The Property Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Krakow (Journal Of Laws Of The Voivodship Of May 26, 2017, Item 4200), 4) Preparing A Bill Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Schedule For Works Covered By A Technical Project. 3.
